I love symbolism found in the resurrection of the story of Jesus - relating it to the beginning of a new day, a new lifestyle, a new routine, a renewed love for yourself, others and unconditional expressions from the heart.

How can we live our lives in celebration? How can we identify areas of our life which are in need of resurrection?

Ayurveda teaches us to live in harmony with our natural constitution and the environment. Jesus was a beautiful embodiment of the power of connection between the mind, body and spiritual and aspects of the divine. Ayurveda provides us with tools to heighten our spiritual awareness, take care of our bodies and cultivate a healthy mind.

The energy of renewal in Easter can support prioritising areas of our lives we may have neglected, to set new goals to improve our health and wellbeing.
