Enjoy the beautiful weather and stay balanced with these Ayurvedic food recommendations this summer ☀️ 

Foods to Favour

    • Fruits: Grapes, pineapple, mango, apple, cherries, melons, avocado, cucumber, coconut

    • Vegetables: Fennel, beetroot, zucchini, celery, broccoli, asparagus

    • Others: Coriander, Ghee, light yoghurt, milk, maple syrup, mung beans, coconut oil, basmati rice 


Additional tips

    • Apply sandalwood to the body 

  • If in doubt, eat seasonally and locally ☀️

    • Spicy foods 

    • Caffeine ☕️

    • Alcohol

    • Excess salt
