    Winter is upon us here in Perth

    Stay balanced these next few months by following a few of our favourite Ayurvedic recommendations for winter

      1. Favour warmth: in all areas! Food, clothing, activities etc. 

      1. Exercise: you may feel more naturally lethargic during the winter months but it is important to maintain your exercise routine! Try starting the day with Surya namaskar or going on a brisk walk, bundled up in your favourite scarf

      1. Favour spice: spice up your meal with warming spices such as cardamom, ginger, pepper, and cinnamon

      1. Sip on hot water throughout the day
