    End of Summer Ayurvedic Cleanse
    Join us as we discuss the benefits of seasonal cleansing, especially after the summer season.
    During this workshop we will discuss Ayurvedic cleansing, detoxification and rejuvenation programs. Information about performing an at-home Ayurvedic cleanse, details about Panchakarma and Rasayana treatment, as well as cleansing foods and recipes will also be highlighted.
    This is a great way to learn more about the unique approach to detoxification after summer from an Ayurvedic perspective! Suitable for all levels.
