Marma Points for the Head
Feeling stressed, anxious or frustrated? Marma stimulation has been used for thousands of years to treat physical and emotional distress

Marma are vital energy points located on the surface of the body. Ayurveda describes 107 Marma points. Each is infused with prana, life force. Marma points serve as a bridge between the body, mind and soul.

Out of 107 Marma points, 37 are located in the head and neck region This is what makes a head, neck and facial massage and  and shirodhara treatment so beneficial amd therapeutic.

Below are a few of our favourite marma points of the face as mentioned by Sushruta Samhita.
