As the weather starts to cool, try making a clear vegetable broth. So easy to make and delicious!
Add a small amount of vegetable broth to water in a saucepan on the stove. As the water starts to heat, add thinly sliced carrot , celery, sweet potato and pumpkin. You can also add sliced leek and a few curry leaves, spices such as ginger and black pepper are also nice. Bring to a simmer and cook until the vegetables are soft.
