Manifestation is rooted in the idea that our thoughts and intentions can influence our reality.
Many of the Ayurvedic herbs and spices used in Ayurvedic medicines are commonly recognised in many traditional practices that they attribute to healing, protection and manifestation.
Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, star anise, turmeric, nutmeg, black pepper, tulsi and others are commonly used.
For example placing cardamom under your pillow is often thought to promote better sleep, bring pleasant dreams, and provide a sense of calm and relaxation. In some traditions, cardamom is also believed to have protective properties, warding off negative energy and attract wealth.
Other ways to attract good fortune, prosperity and protection.
The spices can be put together in a muslin cloth. Best to keep for 7, 14 or 21 days.
You can keep what you most resonate with. Comment “ magical spices” and the advised quantity of spices will be messaged to you.
