Panchakola is a traditional Ayurvedic formulation consisting of five spices—Pippali (long pepper), Pippalimoola (long pepper root), Chavya (Java long pepper), Chitraka (leadwort root), and Shunthi (dry ginger). It is commonly used to enhance digestion, stimulate metabolism, and support detoxification.
