Certified Pinda Sveda therapist course is coming in about a month!
We are so happy to announce our second edition of a certified Pinda Sveda training course coming on July
3rd, 4thand 5th.
Pinda Sveda is a unique Ayurvedic treatment where a medicinal poultice is applied to massage the body. It is many of our client’s favourite treatments.
We make the bundles using a variety of ingredients, leaves, and herbs suited to the client’s needs, to encourage deep nourishment. Heat and pressure and oil are applied simultaneously and are ideal for strengthening the neuromuscular system, the soft tissue, joints and muscle, reducing inflammation and is often used in degenerative conditions such as osteoarthritis.
