A busy day in the Lakshmi garden.
It really is amazing to see how many Ayurvedic Medicinal plants grow so well in the Australian climate.
We have an abundance of many herbs including Ashwagandha, Brahmi, Curry leaves, Moringa and so many more.
I was very excited to plant our first Amla tree today.
Amalaki, the fruits from this tree are the main ingredient in our popular Amalaki Rasayana.
This is one of the most powerful immunity strengthening and anti ageing formulas Ayurveda has to offer.
