Semolina Cake - Rava Kesari

One of my favourite days to spend time in the kitchen. Today I am preparing a semolina cake also known as Rava Kesari in southern India. Semolina cake is often made as a religious offering and as a festival sweet. 🛕🛕🛕

Some ingredients of this treat are almonds or cashew nuts, spices and raisins. 🍇

So simple to make yet so delicious 😋 especially with our Lakshmi chai ☕️.
