Meet Marta

Meet Marta. One of our beautiful Ayurvedic Therapists here at Lakshmi Ayurveda ♥️

Marta is originally from the Czech Republic. She has been practising yoga for over 20 years and is certified as a Hatha Vinyasa, Gentle Hatha, Yin and Aerial Yoga teacher.

Marta has spent many years travelling, living in Ashrams and Shamanic centres around the world. In 2016 she spent 3 months in India and again recently in 2022. During that time she underwent a Panchakarma cleanse program in addition to furthering her yogic practice.

Marta has completed her certification and training at Lakshmi Ayurveda as an Ayurvedic therapist and has been working for the clinic for years.

We love having Marta’s calm and gentle spirit here at the clinic. She is such a joy to be around!
