Roberta

Ayurveda is my dharma, my joyful purpose in life and I am so grateful for all the experiences that led me to become an Ayurvedic practitioner.

In 2014 I decided to set myself on an adventure and move from Italy to Australia with no plans whatsoever apart from self-discovery.

I quit my corporate job and attended my first yoga teacher training which made me want to delve deeper into yogic studies. Since then I have taken several Yin yoga teacher trainings and am charmed by the wisdom of Chinese medicine. My yoga practice involves a great emphasis on meridians and our subtle body too. Yoga opened many doors for me but above them all the one into Ayurveda.

As Jyotish clearly says in my birth chart, I was born to be in service of others and it is my joyful purpose in this life to empower other human beings to experience a real sense of health through the gift of Ayurveda. It took me a bachelor’s degree in architecture, a career in sales, and three years of studies while being a mum to become an Ayurvedic practitioner. I can see now that every adventure was leading me towards the fulfilment of my dharma.

In this never-ending journey of learning and growing, Ayurveda was delivered to me when I was ready. I believe that when we are ready to receive what is meant for us, no one can take it away.

It is a privilege for me to be part of what Karin has created here at her authentic temple of health - Lakshmi Ayurveda, and it is a strong call of mine to help those who trust in my work to understand their nature and fulfil their potential through the lens of Ayurveda.
