Preparing Aloe Vera juice for this hot day ☀️Fresh from the Lakshmi Garden. Known as Kumari in Ayurveda, Aloe Vera is great for preventing constipation, calming excessive heat in the body, encouraging hydration and can be used externally for burns and rashes - these are just a few, there are many other benefits!
We have Aloe Vera juice available in the shop. If you have a suitable Aloe Vera plant at home you can easily make your own with the steps below.
Step 1: Cut one stem off your Aloe Vera plant.
Step 2: Carefully slice off the top layer of the skin. Using a teaspoon, scrape out the inner pulp.
Step 3: Put the aloe pulp in a blender with some room temperature water. Blend until frothy. If you don’t have a blender you can use a mortar and pestle. Enjoy!
You can get creative and use other cooling herbs, such as mint, to make your juice even more tasty! If you have any questions about how to prepare the Aloe Vera juice, you are welcome to call/text 0406 810 547 for further details. Stay cool and hydrated this weekend!
