Eladi Vati Preparation

The wonderful Ayurvedic Practitioner students Mohini and Dimple have been busy at Lakshmi Ayurveda’s kitchen making Eladi Vati.
These Ayurvedic tablets are wonderful to relieve cough, cold, fever, sore throat, vomiting, spleen disorder, hoarse voice and are nourishing and calming. And so yummy too
Ingredients of Eladi Vati:
Ela/cardamon, tejapatra/bay leaves, dalchini/ cinnamon, pippali/ long pepper, sita/sugar, yasthimadhu/ licorice, dried dates, grapes and honey.
