Ayurvedic Facial - much more than a beauty therapy

At todays mentoring session we talked about the Marma points.

Marma are vital energy points located on the surface of the body. Ayurveda describes 107 Marma points. Each is infused with prana, life force. Marma points serve as a bridge between the body, mind and soul.

Out of 107 Marma points, 37 are located in the head and neck region This is what makes our signature facial so special.

Feeling stressed, anxious or frustrated? Marma stimulation has been used for thousands of years to treat physical and emotional distress.

In your Ayurvedic facial these Marma points are gently stimulated.

This is not the only difference between a normal facial and an Ayurvedic facial. Let us explain a few of the top difference for you.

    1. Using Ayurvedic herbs and products to promote complexion naturally. We use all natural ingredients to promote the optimal complexion of your skin naturally. These include our homemade Varnya lepa face mask.
    2. Kansa wand massage. Great for a natural face lifting effect.
    3. Steam. Opens the pores and helps to promote deep cleansing.
    4. Ayurvedic Oil application. We use Ayurvedic oils and serums such as the famous Ayurvedic facial oil, Kumkumadi Thailam.
    5. Marma massage
